Wow Me Free closed with a rush to nip Cryptoquip by a neck Saturday in the $79,550 Ladies Handicap for fillies and mares at Aqueduct. “I knew I had a lot of horse in the stretch,” jockey Alan Garci said. “When I got her outside, I knew I had the best horse in this race.” Wow Me Free, making her first start for trainer Kiaran McLaughlin, improved her record to 4-for-12.
